Four bedrooms fit easily in this 2,768 square foot split floor plan. Firstly, we have a master bedroom with everything on your wish list. The bedroom itself measures 15'6 wide by 15' deep, and you have a nice view of the back yard. Open the barn style door to enter the ensuite. Choose glass to wall in the walk-in shower, and this will leave your bathroom feeling very modern and open. There is also a freestanding tub, toilet closet, and lots of storage and counter space between the two sinks. Pass through the large walk-in closet and access the attached laundry room. This makes laundry chores very efficient.
Secondly, the kiddos reside on the opposite end of the house. Bedroom 2 might make a nice guest room if you don't need to use it all year around. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are more connected because they share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The two children will have a shared space with two sinks, and then the tub and toilet are behind another door.
