A: It's not possible to leave the washer and dryer upstairs as the basement stairs are located where the washer/dryer is currently located. By enlarging the house for a redesign of this area, the washer/dryer could remain on the upper level.
A: The HVAC air handler is located in the utility closet Kitchen/Dining room area. It is marked Furn, WH on the floor plan. If you need more assistance let me know.
