Detailed Floor Plans: show the placement of interior walls and the dimensions for rooms, doors, windows, stairways, etc., of each level of the house.

A: The headroom is 8 feet at every point, for this model. A PDF is an electronic version of the plan that comes with a copyright release. The CAD file is used by design professionals to make changes to the plans. Both the PDF and CAD are emailed to you after purchase.
A: -The unfinished part, it is a basement 8 'tall. For the rest of the house, there is a slab on grade, so no there is no crawlspace.
-All levels are 8 'tall.
-The mechanical room is in the basement below the entrance.
-Between the kitchen and the dining-room is a wall of 42' high.
-Upstairs, the hallway of the rooms is surrounded by a railing.
-Access to the attic is from the chamber 2.
