A: If the client doesn’t want the walkout Basement just have the builder remove the window and door from end wall or go with shorter windows. The entire perimeter of this foundation is block. So this would be an easy on site change. Thanks, Dan
A: We could do a custom Material list. The cost would be $250.00. We are out about a month on are material list for turn-a-round time.

A: Yes one could convert the Carport over to a Garage by adding walls and a Garage Door. Our modification department could do this change for you. Currently the roof beams are called out as 4x8 Douglas Fir-Larch #2 and the posts are 4x4 in size.
