A: Hello, You are correct. There is no half bath. That verbal description has an error in it. We will get that corrected immediately. We appreciate you letting us know.
I believe that description may have been copied from a similar version of this floor plan that does have a half bath. Its plan 59114 if you wish to see it.
Its possible to add the half bath seen in this plan to the other plan in the same location.
