MISCELLANEOUS DETAILS These are included for many interior and exterior conditions that require more specific information for their construction.
ROOF OVERVIEW PLAN This is a "bird's eye" view showing the roof slopes, ridges, valleys and any saddles.
SCHEMATIC ELECTRICAL LAYOUT is included unless the plan employs exterior log wall construction.

A: Hello again – The basement is located under the heated/cooled area of the house. Therefore the garage, porches are on slab.
A: Thank you for your inquiry… Our basements are created with an 8-foot ceiling height; we can always raise the plate line for a small fee. We have two options for a basement foundation: ---a full basement (4 walls of 8-inch concrete) Or ---a Walk-out basement (3 walls of concrete and the rear wall is 2x6 wood frame wall.
