Country Farmhouse Home Plan 41453 has every item on your wish list. Firstly, this new construction plan has a split layout. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 are located on the left side of the house. Each child will appreciate having a walk-in closet, and the linen closet in the hallway helps out with storage. Here, you can leave towels and extra bedding. The kids share the guest bathroom, and it is well designed. For example, the tub/shower and toilet are separated from the double vanity. A: Yes the ceilings are flat. Interior doors are 8' tall. We do not specify the window sizes before purchase. When looking at the floorplan online, they need to refer to the exterior walls of the rooms. They will see some lighter colored spaces which indicate the windows.

A: There are no soffit lights on this design. The A/C unit is shown on the HVAC (mechanical) plan on the rear of the garage but we do not provide that sheet if the customer is not in Louisiana, Texas, or Mississippi. Local HVAC codes, climatic requirements and commonly used systems vary throughout the country. The direction of how water flow will enter the home or where the electrical feed will enter will vary from case to case. For this reason, it is impossible to provide universal plans.
