A: Good morning, The standard Plan does not have a designated a space for the W/D but on the covered patio area, I have enclosed an area that could house such appliance. A: Footing size is determined by their structural engineering and the house is actually set up for log siding and log elements for support. So the home can be built exactly the way the client wants it.
