French Country Home Plan 56900 has 1500 sq ft, 3 Beds and 2 Baths.
French Country Home Plan 56900 has 1,500 square feet of living space including an open floor plan. Build this construction plan because it offers everything a family needs to call home. The brick exterior can be finished in traditional red or painted according to your preference. We love the regal porch columns and the triple arrangement of arched French doors. Lastly, the two dormer windows and board and batten shutters certainly boost curb appeal.
French Country Home Plan With Split Floor Plan
What is a split floor plan you ask? Answer: the master suite is located on the opposite end of the home from the children's bedrooms. In French Country Home Plan 56900, two guest/children's bedrooms are located on the right side of the home. Each measures 11.5' wide by 11.5' deep. As all parents know, when the children's bedrooms are the same size, they cannot fight over who gets the bigger bedroom. It's a win/win situation for kids and parents alike. Both bedrooms have a good-sized closet, and the occupants share a full bathroom and linen closet off the hallway.
Mom and Dad's master bedroom measures 12' wide by 15' deep, and it has a trayed ceiling. The master walk-in closet measures 13' wide by 6' deep, so you won't run out of space for your wardrobe. Counter space is abundant in the master bathroom. Take a shower in the morning and soak in the separate tub at night when it's time to unwind. There is a private water closet with linen storage. Lastly, notice that the laundry room is not far away; it's right down the hall.
