A: In regards to a piling foundation, this would need to go through our modification service as this particular plan comes with a floating slab.
Piling foundations are not standard and therefore would most likely require engineering in your area as well.
Plumbing, A/C and other heating requirements are also always looked into locally with a professional. These are not included in the plan as well as the wind load requirements.

A: The room you are referring to is actually a storage area and the circle represents a hot water tank. You will definitely need a building permit in order to build garage/appartment plan.
