Country Style Duplex Plan 80887 is a one-story multi-family construction blueprint. In total, the building has 2,496 square feet of living space, 6 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. Breaking that down, each unit has 1,248 square feet, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Each family has a private covered rear porch that measures 17'6 wide by 6'8 deep, and each unit includes a one car garage with added storage room. Buyers will choose this plan because it will appeal to potential tenants.
Country Style Duplex Plan With Open Living Space
Country Style Duplex Plan 80887 exhibits a great use of space. Firstly, we step inside and appreciate open living space. The living room measures almost 15 feet wide, and the 9' ceiling makes everything feel more spacious. There is no fireplace, and that leaves more options for choosing and arranging furniture. The corner-placed kitchen is designed for efficiency with all of the expected appliances, and you can add a table for both dining and extra work space. Lastly in this space, the walk-in pantry takes care of all storage needs.
