Q:With plan 94371 how tall are the ceilings? Do the gables that are over the living room and kitchen area enable the ceilings to be taller?
A:The ceilings are 8’ and can accommodate a higher ceiling in the kitchen and living room.
Q:Does this Craftsman Style House (Plan 94371) have vaulted ceilings in the living room area? I noticed that Plan 94371 has gables over the living room and kitchen areas and I was wondering if that was to increase the heights of the ceilings in those areas. I really like this house plan but if it has 8 foot ceilings throughout the house it might seem a little claustrophobic? Are there any photos or drawings of the interior? Thank you.
A:The roof is shown as flat at 8'-0" however the roof is framed with trusses so the truss manufacturer would be able to modify the bottom cord of the trusses to create vaulted or cathederal ceilings.
Q:is the roof pich high enough to put another room and bathroom in the attic?

Q:Does this plan meet 2018 international building codes?

We show a turn down concrete slab design.
